Twizy cannot charge

Hello

Could you help me about my Twizy?
When I turn on the engine, the STOP light comes on as shown in image.
Is the charge controller that charges the main battery broken?
All the lights flash, but nothing happens even when connected to the charging cable.

Can I fix it by myself, and if so, how should I do?
I would like to confirm the check points.
If I need to buy charge controller or anything else, where can I buy it and how much does it cost?

They said we’re not able to diagnose the fault by email; the only thing we can offer is to get the vehicle booked for an assessment at our workshop in Cheltenham. We are currently taking bookings in early March.

I cannot go there. So still continue this problem.

Umm that’s a pain, thought they might have come across a solution with previous issues of the same type.

However, just done another search and found these posts which if it’s the exact same issue and age related could well be the solution you need…

and embedded in that is the fix instructions… in English pdf

Wow! My Twizy also beep 3times and Display shows the "STOP". But do not show the battery icon.
However , I will try to fix it. I will comment you after the trial.
Thank you!

I bought 12v battery and that arrives to my house tomorrow. I will check it.
I replaced 12V battery and it can success to be charged.
Then, motor controller flashes 10 times in green light.
Also, when I turn on the engine, ! mark is shown that is the left token in the picture.
Do you know this situation and how to fix it ?

Finally, I resolved this problem!

My friends thought me that...

10 blinks can mean several possibilities, but the most common is that your controller is in preoperation state. This is a state it is put in when it is to be configured and the car is not drivable in this state.

For example, if you tune the car with a Powerbox and do not complete the tuning for one reason or another then it will remain in pre operation state because it has not been reset to operation state as it does when it has finished tuning.

The tuning itself with a Powerbox is like this:
1. The power box sets the controller in PreOperation state.
2. It now sends new configuration to the controller.
3. It sets the controller back to Operation Stat and the car is ready to drive

Try doing a tuning and wait for it to complete. If that doesn't work, try:

1. Start the car without the Power box connected.
2. connect to the Powerbox.
3. restart the car.

After the tuning, my problem is resolved.
I'm so appreciate for your help!
