That's hopefull. Ordered my Advance (white with Skypack) at same time so I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for similar news.
Hi
I think mine is on the same boat which I think is Orchid Ace which left Japan on 28th July. It’s currently in the med and due into Port of Tyne mid September . Its a guess for the boat but I know Nissan own and use Ace ships To ship!
fingers crossed it is the right one!

I feel like I need to download a ship tracking app!
The next thing for me consider is if I want to pay the ÂŁ95 (!) I've been quoted for car mats by the dealer or get something online.

I've been using Marine Traffic to track my MG4. In most respects, it's a lot like Flightradar is for planes.
The free version only updates where ships are if they're in transponder range of land.
ie - A ship coming here from the Far East will seem to be sitting off the tip of Sri Lanka for a week as it crosses the Indian Ocean, then it will suddenly jump to the Gulf of Aden.

I made contact with my dealer yesterday who told me that my Advance trim Ariya is on a boat and is expected to be with them first week in Oct, so I guess it will be on my driveway at the end of Oct. For reference, I ordered right at the end of May, base model with the 'free' colour. We'll see what actually happens.....
I ordered the same car at the same time as you, but have no news other than "build date November" and they think I'll get it in December (which seems unrealistic to me). Anyway, I wish you well and hope that you get yours soon!!

Has anyone ordered on Motability?

After waiting so long for our Kona 64kwh (ordered mid February) it looks like that may be next year. Worried that our Motability order will be cancelled due to new Kona facelift and new pricelist. We would lose out and order again and wait another year, maybe!
I prefer the Ariya but not sure whether to cancel the Kona and lose the 7 month wait, although we could be waiting for nothing if the new Kona comes in soon (expected some time in 2023)!

How long are dealers saying for new orders placed now? A year or is it more? Are the 63Kwh versions coming through quicker?

Ordered Evolve 2WD in Blue/Black back in March, been informed by dealer yesterday that my car due to be with them on the 30th Sept so my car may be on the same ship.

Very interested in how the e-4orce is supposed to smooth out the ride. Is there any reviews on it yet?
No review that I have seen yet. Just the noodle advert

Saturday I rang Nissan, stil 11/11 delivery expected, last they moved the date forward was July.
I tried to ask if they had more details about production, shipment and so on, and they answered that they only know when the vehicle is in transit to the UK

Well NickSuffolk, the Orchid Ace departed the Tyne. Now, it also dropped off some VW Group cars at their terminal and it may have loaded some Qashqai's but it departed with 0.8metre less draught than it arrived. Looking at pictures of the Cougar Ace lying on its side, I have estimated that Orchid Ace departed some 3000 tonnes lighter than it arrived. So, some 1500 cars equivalent. That is modern heavy cars and not the 1966 Toyota Corona equivalent that defines Pure Car Carriers! We will see soon if any of the cars were Ariya as it looks like, apart from a couple of customers for press release, only dealer cars have been delivered so far.

I still don't get how you have so many detailed information about which individual car is shipped, just jealous, not saying you guys are making them up. Fun fact the 11th of November is also my dream day, but my dealer said he has no clue about state of production, they should be informed when it is shipped. Mine is an Evolve standard aurora green. Order made 29/03/22.

Well a lot of it is guess work but so far proved correct! If you know when its been built and ready to ship (the dealer has this information if they can be bothered to look!) You can then see whats leaving Yokohama on the nearest date. So the next ship leaving thats part of the Nissan groups fleet service is HOEGH Copenhagen and thats due into Newcastle (Port of Tyne) on the 10th November so should be at dealers around 5 to 10 days from that date.
Hope that helps

I was going to email my dealer and ask why they can't give me more detailed information but I can't be bothered frankly. I know they'll just fob me off. The date I was given was 18 November with me getting the car a couple of weeks after that, so looking at what you say I'm seriously hoping my vehicle is on that 10 November boat. If it's not, then there isn't a cat in hell's chance of me getting my vehicle when they say I will.
