The range on my ID app hasn't updated since last Friday - the top of the app says synchronised 5d ago. I've tried "Synchronise now" via the settings, it's still not working.
I notice when I drive, the signal strength meter on the display shows full signal, but with 'E' instead of '4G' - I've driven across town a few times this week, so I don't think it's a local issue.
I've just logged into the Volkswagen shop, and I can see I have all the subscriptions valid until 2025 ("We Connect"/"We Connect Start"/"We Connect Plus"). I've looked at "Mobile online services" on the app, and everything is ticked.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?
