-No company name,
-no registered office
-no contact address
-only 1 year warranty

-the 8 “reviews” are all from anonymous

The shipping tracker email I've just received shows it coming directly from China, so this appears to be a white-label dropship. Nonetheless, I'm happy enough with the price, size and spec. Although I'm on Octopus Agile I'm happy enough with monitoring the prices and setting the charging schedule myself, so I wanted a fairly simple (almost dumb) unit with a display for if/when the smart app stops working.

 

I have a Vorsprung Nano and the only way I can get scheduled charging to make use of the cheap night rate is to get up at 12:30am and plug in soon after! Or stay up late of course. I have a VW id3. Trying to get a refund.
