It depends on the year. My 2020 car had a sticker inside the charge door, explaining what all the colours and flashing meant.
In any case, the manual should tell you.

 

Yes so there is, shows how observant I am.
The reason I was questioning it is because I put my wife's Zoe on charge 4 hours ago and it's added 12 miles (Chargemaster 7kW charger). However it was a good solar day today and I suspect there is some strange algorithm my battery/solar setup is adopting to throttle the car charging.

2020 Zoe 50 is blue and I think my 2018 Zoe 40 was also blue.
