Zappi - Grid CT Lost - Not charging

Hi there, we have just moved into a new build house with Zappi installed. Tried to set up the myengerie app, wifi connected but couldn’t go further because the Registration code was not displayed on the Zappi screen.
Read that you had to upgrade firmware, so did that. Registration still not showing and we now have a Grid CT Lost error on the screen. Screen no longer shows what power the house is pulling from the grid.

when we set the charger to FAST the car does not charge.

tried switching the CT Detect to OFF but makes no difference.
Tried isolating the charger from the consumer box and restarting- same error.
There is no Harvi installed far as I can see

can’t get through to MyEnergie

can anybody help as just want to charge the car - all the fancy stuff can wait.

Had a similar problem at a new installation. The fundamental problem, I guess, was that the Harvi and the Zappi were not talking to each other (out of range and WiFi non existent at one location). Zappi does 'failsafe' and won't charge EV. Got the installer back who contacted myEnergi and his mate. I also found this for him:
