hi all,I'm new to the forum, and I'd ask for help.
i bought the zoe 2013 in defective condition with the error that it won't charge, the car came with the charger removed, which I put back on the car for a test.
1.i tried 2 home chargers, it works the same with both.
2.charging will not start, the moment the lock locks the cable, the red LED lights up
only one error exists in bcb, launch repport df032,ddt report 0630 electronic power driver.
i dont have canZE
does anyone have any idea what these errors would mean, I can't find any explanation.
I find it strange that the charger does not even try to start charging, but immediately throws out the error.
i tried all the reset methods i found on the forum, nothing helped.
otherwise the car goes normally, regen works,dc to dc charge work ok,14v on battery...

I had problems with my elm,I got it today new interface whit 25k80 chip, and instal can switch inside conector, now ddt4all it works great.
I was able to read all the parameters from TCU and I can be sure that charging is not remotely turned off.
the next problem is that i can't clearly see the configuration in BCB,is it normal?

I guess you know this, but the sequencing of the signal on the CP should be this (all measurements made at the charge cable):

Starts in the standby condition, State A, +12 VDC

When plugged in the car loads the CP down to +9 VDC

Very soon afterwards the charge point detects the plugged in state and starts to advertise the maximum available current, using a 1 kHz pulse train that initially swings from +9 V to -12 V

When the car is ready to charge it requests power by loading the positive going part of the CP down to +6 V, so the 1 kHz pulse train now swings from +6V to -12 V

The charge point detects the additional loading on the positive going part of the CP signal and closes the contactor, so supplying power to the car

If the CP is shorted out, so the CP goes to 0 V, then the charge point opens the contactor within 5 seconds to remove power to the car and turns the 1 kHz pulse train off

If the negative going part of the CP signal is missing (perhaps a diode fault in the car) then the charge point does as above for a shorted CP and turns off.

I wonder if you may have a diode fault on the car charge port?

I ordered a used BCB with the same catalog number, it should arrive at the end of the week so we'll see if I'm lucky.
however ..... I managed to brick radio unit,I deleted the entire configuration with launch diagnostics.
using ddt4all I was able to recover most of the data and vin number, but the radio still does not work on the message screen"unconfigured radio"
i tried all kinds of reset, dd4tall hard reset, fuse, left overnight, nothing helps
if someone can look at my configuration in the pictures, they may see some error that I can't notice

did you do a 'dump' of your radio through pyREN before resetting it as a rollback might help.

Other things you can try:

Go into navigation and choose MFD v4.3

and change the after sales date to todays date

and set touchscreen to with

and set MSM to'fitted'

and USB fitted to 'fitted'

and make sure you have set the CRC as well as the VIN

then press the yellow 'RESET HARD' - then hopefully the radio will reboot and be OK, but the next screen you may get is input 4 digit radio code. You need to get that from your owners book or from renault or from the 'my renault' phone app

It worked for me when I stuffed up my radio like you have
