Arrived home last night to see the charger pulsing in lots of different colours. Hit the under-button to reboot (white light travelled up the LEDs as normal) and then I think it rebooted. But this morning it is lit up still like a christmas tree and didn't charge the car overnight.
Portal shows it's not connected, and my router isn't showing it logged on either. Will play more tonight when i get home in case I've just flicked it into "change SSID" mode, but if anyone's got other insight I'd love to hear it!
Surprised specifically that it didn't charge, as even if the wifi was changing I'd not have expected that behaviour.

My second Silver BP Pulse EVSE is playing up again!
Had a problem a few days ago and a nice lady called Agnes sent an OTA to fix it. Which it did seem to for a few days. But now it’s again not charging nor can I alter/change my scheduling. AGAIN!!!
It was set to charge last night and the night before on GO 00.30am and I was awake so kept an eye on it.
Come charging time + a few mins for delay I checked clock to see if the BLUE section on the clock as it should be, but it wasn’t and it didn’t show it was charging. Damn!
It did the same yesterday morning and I opened up the schedule section and it wouldn’t let me switch the schedules on!
It happened the other day do I shut the power down and left it a few hours, thinking that may help, then turned it back on and let it go through the reboot sequence.
Then cleared and reset all the schedules and saved them. But come the time set, it didn’t start the charge!!!
The clock timer section doesn’t turn Blue and charge.
It should be like 2nd pic.
Strange as pic shows the start and finish schedule times but doesn’t charge.
Had to do a manual start to get it started. 🤬

I've powered down at the mains, left it 10 minutes, then powered back up. No change. Have also now tried a router reboot. If it's sitting there waiting to be connected to the wifi again having lost the connection I can sort that tonight using the protocol in the manual. Odd thing was that this morning when I tried the under-unit button I didn't get to the white light status.
At least I've got a granny cable in the boot so I can still home charge. Annoying though!

It appears that you and KDon both have trouble with the backend BP Server.
If you are both using the scheduling option, maybe a problem their end is causing a trigger, which in your case resulted in a continuous reboot sequence.

On the portal, whilst the times are showing properly, I've got a greyed out button for the "schedule off / on". No idea if this is always like this, tbh, but doesn't look right. Is that the same for others?

This is normal for me today when I checked after your post.
I have a timeslot I set up to test a few months ago.
I have to go in and edit a timeslot and save before this option to turn on/off is available.
Crazy...

I had the same, the greyed out slide schedule button should be over to the right and the plug & play should be red not green.
I tried to set the greyed out schedule button but it wouldn’t work for some reason despite all the scheduling set correctly.

EDIT.
I just went in and deleted one night schedule then re set it to what I want and as requested I saved it but still I can’t change the greyed out slider. 😡

Have you tried adding a new timeslot o kick it into life ?
The picture above was taken today, just after I deleted a scheduled time slot and then put another schedule in for that day and saved it. It saved the changed schedule, but still can’t change the schedule to on!
WiFi connection shows strong signals.

Can’t get the EVSE to connect to WiFi now.
Received 3 pages of instructions from BP on how to reset the WiFi access point. At least that what the instructions say, but it doesn’t!
I pressed the button for 10 seconds the unit flashes blue but it should show blue with yellow on the top, but it flashes blue with red.🤬

Shut it all down for an hour then tried again but no go.
It should connect to my WiFi and I should be able to see Bp pulse+ serial number SSID when checking on my WiFi Networks but it don’t do that either. 🤬
If it’s screwed in the EVSE for some reason I could follow their 3 pages of instructions until the cows come home and still have no working EVSE.

Does anyone know if I plug in my car and use the car scheduling instead of the box of 💩 I have, will I be able to charge. I can’t get into the Bp App/Portal to disconnect the schedules set in that, so will it become a dumb EVSE? if I plug it in?

If I can get my car schedules to work when I plug it in then I’ll give up with Bp pulse, as this is my 5th Bp EVSE and I’ve only had around 9 charges out of this one and only 4 worked correctly.

I deleted a day, added it back and saved the schedule. Now the button is back and slidable, and the "plug and charge" status is showing "disabled" as it should.

That worked for me as well, actually I deleted 1 nights slot, saved that then went back in and filled that slot with 00.30am - 03.30am and when I saved it, it saved it as 00.30-04.30 am. How the hell did it do that?
I’m sure this was all down to the clocks going back because that’s when this particular problem started for me.

I’ve managed to get back into Bp Portal and turned off (not deleted) all schedules and it’s set on plug and play.
Tomorrow night I’ll try to use cars in car schedules and see if it charges.
Still can’t connect up EVSE to my internet so I’ll leave it as is and hope it acts as a dumb box.
Whether it works or not I’ll just have to wait and see. 😟

Just got an email from Agnes at Bp Pulse and it seems she’s managed to get into my unit and reinstalled the schedules, unfortunately, the car is at a friends charger as I need it full for tomorrow.
Quite how she got in I don’t know, because my box was flashing red & blue, but she did and I can now use the Portal as I should.
Fingers crossed. 👌
