Hyundai Ioniq 28kWh drivers door auto-locking with key outside

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has experienced this issue, driving, exit the car with key in pocket and 'ignition' still running (car long-beeps to notify), stay outside the car for a minute, return to find the drivers side door now locked... One time all other doors were locked (apart from the boot), and another time the rear door remained unlocked..

So the problem is the car auto-locking with the key outside (I've fully disabled auto locking in the car menu system) - I'm not sure if the same would happen if the key was left IN the car whilst the ignition was on (so to speak), but I'm not keen to find out.

The cars now out of warranty, so I'm trying to find if anyone else has had the same issue with this, mines a Premium SE, 2017.

Thanks

Many thanks - so my cars issue is definitely a bug by the sounds of it! Just a shame it's not easily diagnosable.
Can I ask, do you know what your 'auto locking' setting is set to? I think the options are something like: never/on ignition off/on D-mode engagement.

The Ioniq is a better car overall than my previous (LEAF30), but it also seems a little over-engineered/more prone to niggles such as this!
