Mines been dropping off line a fair bit recently. Far more than when it was first installed. Not a wifi problem.

Mines been charging but I don’t think the app is being accurate with charging data. Only been charging since Friday 21/10
Used 59.9kwh and it’s showing 0.49p . I’m on a standard tariff of 33.75kwh at the min. Am I missing something or does that not seem right?

I’ve had downtime on numerous occasions since install in June 2022. They’ll tell you the problems your end and you need to hardwire. Down again today too.

I’m experiencing the exact same for the last few days. It’s not connecting despite being solid for me the last 2 months since I started using it. It can’t be a coincidence many of us our experiencing this at the same time. can someone help?

Nwe one for me now! The app says “disconnected” which is true, the car isn’t plugged in but it says history unavailable and schedule unavailable. Had a flashing white light (means car is connected but charger idle) when the car isn’t connected.

Well mines no longer showing the purple flash and has changed to a blue light.

Based on this it's doing a software update.

And based on everyone having the purple I assume Kaluza was down.

Did you get a solution to this as we have the same issue.
Charger flashes white roughly every 2 seconds.
Works as a basic dumb charger.
Tried the power off / power on trick.

On more recent firmware the two white flashes replaces the two purple flashes (faqs etc are updated) so chances are this is a comms issue.

Do you know how comms have been installed? worth a power cycle (off at the breaker for 10s then back on) and if on WiFi try to repair it.

A couple of work colleagues who had their Indra units exchanged now have your new dedicated app. They say it’s superior to the web app, When might it come to existing users?

Rollout is deliberately slow so we can manage the migration sensibly (dont want to do them all at once then have hundreds of issues or people to talk through how to use it).

It’s a good bit of hardware. Has been reliable, works well, but the web app that older costumers are using has some limitations, for example it cannot stop a solar charge when the sun goes down. And it cannot pause a charge at the end of the cheap period for say, Octopus Go. And if you leave it to smart charge you don’t know when that smart charge will start or stop because it doesn’t tell you. But it does work with OVO Drive Anytime smart charging discounted tariff. If you set a ready by time, it will charge.
I‘m managing to make it work Ok with Octopus Intelligent, although last night failed, which is unusual.
As in the above posts, there’s a new app and hopefully that fixes some of the downsides that are all about the software. Some work colleagues have the same unit, all through ChargedEV, and they have had internet connectivity problems when using wifi or 3G/4G. But mine‘s via Ethernet and that works fine.

To confirm, the negatives you mention are all fixed in the new app. e.g. pause solar and pause at the end of an off-peak window (e.g. octopus go)
