Just curious if anyone else has a Mokka-e on order and how long you've been waiting so far. I test drove and ordered mine on the 24th of July then got a call two weeks later to let me know that "It's now been ordered". Which was a bit of a surprise as I had assumed they ordered it the day I paid the deposit and said go ahead. They quoted a 12 week wait time for me at the time.

I've had a call every couple of weeks since ordering to say "Just to let you know there's no update, the order is placed but we don't know if it's being built or anything yet". Oh, how I loathe the black box that is vehicle manufacturing.

Anyway. Eagerly awaiting any kind of news. Given that we're at about 10 weeks now, I suspect it's not going to turn up in the next 2 if it isn't even being built yet.

What were your lead times? Anyone else currently waiting?
I ordered my Mokka e Ultimate at the end of June 2022. That was when the application went through. I was told that the car would be ready by Christmas. No word about it, so I decided to ring the dealership yesterday(20th Jan 23). They told me that they still had no word, but there is 4 people who ordered the Mokka and the man in front of me, his has just been built. So the dealership said that people just need to sit and have a lot of patience lol. He said they’re having bother getting the chips/semiconductors for new electric cars. I think myself that I could be looking at no earlier than March this year(2023) for my Mokka. It is frustrating, there is no doubt about that, but it’s the same across the whole motoring industry at the moment apparently, although less of a wait if you’re a cash buyer it seems.

My wife ordered a mokka electric ultimate on mobility scheme April 1st 22 was told this week no build day yet march1st 23 talk about discrimination to disabled people.

Ordered Mokka e April2022 today April 2023 yes one year later still no Mokka Kilmarnock Dealer not going to cancel order as have vin number so it’s alive but where is it hidden

VIN means there is a chassis, but it could be anywhere up to the docks in the UK and lost in that mess. Should pop up in the next few weeks

Dealer hopefully that it will arrive shortly I believe dealer is not to blame for time delay and it’s Vauxhall who are given priority to retail then fleet sales leaving mobility to the last but here is hoping Mokka will arrive this month

Motability vehicles are fleet vehicles, just to reassure everyone, I ordered mine on 3rd Dec 22 with 6-7 month wait, now been told build will not be until August 23 and read somewhere they take 3 months to build. Use the online configurator and that now says delivery for orders now are December 23

I ordered mine on July 4th last year and still waiting???

I ordered a Mokka e in May 2022 but it still hasn't appeared. Last contact with the dealer in April 2023 was that the car had been built and seemingly registered but two months later, still no car.

Ordered mine last December and it arrived at the UK Distribution Centre 2 weeks ago and not moved since.

This tells me one of two things
1) It got damaged on the way to the UK
2) I have now got to wait for a transporter to be filled up coming my way

Called the dealer to ask the question and was told it they want the vehicle for 4 days before it will be ready.

When I asked my dealer about that in June, he seemed to not know anthing about the bigger battery
The e-CMPv2 system is being rolled out over time, factory by factory. So far I haven't seen the Mokka offered for purchase with the revised powertrain. As of now you can order the revised e-2008, the Astra-e, the Jeep Avenger, and I believe the DS3. In the case of the Astra they are quoting 2024 delivery. The revised e-208 is being previewed on Peugeot's webpage, but not available yet

It was announce on 20th December in the UK and was available to order online with delivery in Spring 2023 (never any chance of that). Today it is still on the website for delivery in January 2024

That's the original one, at least motor wise. The revised platform is 115kW for the motor. Though I will admit the info on Vauxhall's website makes no sense.

The original one had a 50Kwh battery, this is the 57khw battery, they also done some minor styling tweaks and started putting the driver massage seat in again. I ordered mine on 4th December and that upgrade model was announced on 20th December. I used to have a Peugeot 5008 and the dealer told me a date it would be ready and was 100% accurate, with Vauxhall I was told 6-7 months so not overly concerned, but I would have thought once it got to the distribution centre they would have got it to the dealer in less than 2 weeks.

That's the issue, none of the other e-CMPv2 or e-EMPv3 (Astra, e-308, etc) have a 57kWh battery, they are all 54kWh(51kWh usable) max. For a while Peugeot were quoting 51/48.5 for an e-208, but that has since dissapeared.

Well it says 57 on the Vauxhall site which could lead to massive claims of false and misleading advertising.

Today Vauxhall lost a customer when I cancelled my Mokka E, After 7 months waiting it had been built and arrived at the UK distribution centre around 2nd July, it is still there today and dispite many promises of this week, next week then end of the month today it was they are waiting to fill the transporter but that involves another batch of vehicles being shipped to the UK.

I could understand a wait if the dealer was in a tiny town in say Devon, but this dealer is in London. Its a gain for Kia as I am going for a Niro4 which is better in every way bar Matrix headlights and assisted parking, although the Kia will fetch itself out of tight spaces so you can get in.

Considering is says 57kW and not kWh you would be unlikely to get anywhere with a claim. Might get advertising standards to force a correction, but that would be about it.
